We offer ensuite rooms, single rooms, sharing rooms, each designed with student comfort in mind.

Yes, electricity and water are included in your rent. We make sure all the essentials are covered so you can focus on your studies without worrying about extra bills.
Do you offer moving assistance?
Absolutely, we provide a free bakkie service for those interested in staying in the sharing room and a small collection fee those those in the single and ensuite rooms, to help collect your belongings when you move in.
How do I apply for accommodation?
You can start by choosing your preferred room type on our website. If you’d like, you also have the option to come view the room in person before applying. Once you’re ready, simply complete the application form and pay the refundable breakage fee to secure your space.
What are the pool rules?
The pool is for residents only. Please keep it clean, respect quiet hours, and no glass containers are allowed near the water.
Are braai facilities available for residents?
Yes, all residents can enjoy the braai areas as part of their accommodation.
